CU Degree admission process

This year more than 1 lakh students have shown their interest in getting admission in Calicut University while the number of seats available are 65,000. The University is having 279 Government/ Private/ Aided colleges working under it. The CU offers admission on the basis of Centralised Admission Process (CAP). Under the UG CAP system, students can have the choice to select their interested colleges/courses.

The University is going to screen the candidates for admission based on their merit. The CU announces the seat allotment list by observing the merit of applicants. Students can either confirm/ alter their options. The CU has announced the trial allotment list on 25th August. Students have to lock their options before 27th august.
